Booking & Service Policies

MASK REQUIERED

Although the state has lifted the mask mandate. We are still requiring our guest to use them in our facility. 

Thank you for your cooperation. 

NO EXTRA GUEST

No children or extra guest are allowed if not being serviced. No one should be hovering around while the stylist is working.

PAYMENTS

Cash, Card, and Apple Pay are all accepted.

A 3.5% convenience fee will be applied for all electronic and card  checkouts.

Cash is preferred and we do have an onsite ATM for your convenience. 

HOW TO BOOK

  1. Click "BOOK NOW"

  2. Select your stylist

  3. Select your services

  4. Click the upper left hand button "BOOK # SERVICES"

  5. Select your date and time

  6. Input your contact information

  7. Input your Credit Card Information

  8. You're all set!

DEPOSITS

After 2 no shows and/ or cancellations in the past 6 months a deposit will be required to book. 

If card has insufficient funds and cancellation fee can not be processed, a deposit will be required.

Deposits may be required for some appointments. If deposits are not made within 12 hours, your appointment may be cancelled. 

CANCELLATIONS

There will be a grace period of 15 minutes past your appointment. After 15 minutes your appointment will be marked as a NO SHOW.

An automatic

30% cancellation fee for any

no-shows or cancellation within 48 hours of a scheduled appointment will be applied.

**Your credit card will NOT be processed and payment will NOT be made unless for cancellation fee. Credit Card is ONLY for cancellation fee.**
